Nepal is wedged between China to the north and India to the south. For centuries human migration has been taking place both from the north and south hence turning Nepal into a melting pot of cultures and culinary delights. Very elegantly Nepal has taken the best from both its north and south neighbors and created its own space in the culinary world. The indigenous people of the Kathmandu valley the Newars have added their spices and herbs to give Nepal a unique place in the gastronomic world. On this tour, we will take you through the marvel of the Nepali architecture and religion that is Bauddha, Pashupati, and the Kathmandu Durbar square.
In the evening we will visit a Nepali restaurant that will introduce you to the various ethnicities and their culture through dances and will serve you a nine-course Nepali dinner. Absorb the sights and sounds of the city, marvel at the architecture and spiritual connection of the Nepali people, and end the day by shaking your hip to an ethnic local song and tickle your taste buds to the local cusine.
